- moved a wall to accommodate a new shower in lower bathroom
- removed walls to open up the front entry & stairs
- open up wall between kitchen & living room
- installed a new gas furnace with ducting & a gas fireplace
- all new windows installed & trimmed inside / outside
- painted all interiors & exteriors
- installed new gas lines
- landscaping spruced up
